So far I haven't had any Adsense clicks today, down from 4 yesterday, and it seems my site traffic is down too. I think I've figured out the problem though.
I've been trying to make too many niche sites to test out that I've stop posting content to my main sites, whoops! Tonight I'm going to try to focus on posting a couple good posts on each of my main sites, then monitor the traffic and click rate to see if it improves.
This should give me good time to watch my smaller niche testing sites for traffic in their current condition and hopefully help me narrow it down to a good one and make the right adjustments.
